Capacity building of artisans

Training and information session on the Albanian Law on Handicrafts.
“Refleksione”, in close cooperation with the National Chamber of Crafts, Albania,” provided legal education to women artisans in Lushnja Municipality, focused on the Law No. 70/2016 “On Handicrafts in the Republic of Albania”. The knowledge gained in this activity focused on protecting the ownership of their handicraft products, preventing their unauthorized use and legal criteria for membership in the National Chamber of Crafts, Albania. The participants in the training and information session were informed on how the law regulates handicraft activities, promotes professional qualification and protection of the cultural heritage of handicraft products. They were informed about the cooperation between the National Chamber of Crafts Albania and the Chamber of Crafts, Koblenz, Germany, thanks to which was drafted the law “On Handicrafts in the Republic of Albania.
